      _pecking order brings wonderfully drifty, vintage arpeggios to Ableton 12 with 128 presets + 16 controls to get down and derezzed with.


      Imagine an arp machine that brings an organic vibe and feel, instead of a robotic one. Using slow random LFOS and Ableton Drift, we created a pattern maker with a vintage flair and just the right amount of instability that you can dial in yourself.


      With over 128 presets you can scroll the classics. From full on 1980s, all the way to dirty bird anthems that will make things roll just right. 


      Just hold down some notes, and tweak your way to the perfect pattern with the 16 easy to use controls. You’ll be full on TRON in no time.

      The Controls


      volume

      • overall output level control.


      pecker

      • Adjust the envelope of the oscillator. 

      • Lower values will result in a sharper, short envelope. 

      • Higher values will result in a looser, longer envelope.


      pecker size

      • Select the global length of each note triggered by the arpeggiator.


      bird type

      •  Select oscillator type


      coop size

      • Add reverb to the signal

      • Wander amount will subtly adjust parameters on the reverb in real time.


      flutter

      • Adds analogue warmth and pitch drift.

      • Wander amount will subtly adjust parameters of flutter in real time.


      age

      • Adjusts the formant of the signal. Increase for brighter timbre

      • Wander amount will subtly adjust parameters of age in real time.


      plumage

      • Low-pass filter.


      order

      • Choose a sequence style for notes in the arpeggiator's rhythmical pattern.

      speed

      • Sets the speed at which the pattern of notes with be played.


      flight

      • Sets the number of times the pattern is transposed.


      swing

      • Selects the groove of the pattern.

      • Values 106-127 result in a straight timing. 

      • Values 0-105 result in varieties of swung grooves.


      flock size

      • Add a filtered delay to the signal.

      • Wander amount will subtly adjust parameters on the delay in real time.

        _flex fit introduces the new Drum Sampler instrument in Ableton 12.1 with some Subsocial spice. 121 presets for all versions of 12.1 featuring 55 audio samples.


        Ableton’s new Drum Sampler instrument in version 12.1 is more than a drum sampler, and this pack plies at proving it. This dynamo of a device brings satisfyingly speedy sampling workflows to the masses. Sitting in between Simpler and Sampler, Drum Sampler makes it easy to flex your way to the top of your sampling game.


        We took 55 of our own samples and made 121 individual Drum Sampler instruments out of them. It’s a grab bag of bass, drums, vocals, keys, synths, percussion, effects, and whatever else we felt was fun. We stretched, crushed, tuned, filtered and mangled everything for you, so you can just lean into whatever you want to make right away.


        Weird flex, but OK.
