    Josh Eastman of Helm Studios brings non-profit to new levels with the first non-profit studio in Western Canada that gives systemically marginalized artists the amplification that they deserve. Has your voice ever been muted? What voices speak to you? Is popular music still actually rebellious?


    As a classically trained pianist turned studio owner and producer, Josh has removed his own ego from his creation process to give himself to those without the opportunities or resources to create and be heard. Providing an accessible, equitable, and community-focused studio is how Josh is creating more diversity for Vancouver's music industry.

      Cold wave from Canada, so you know it's legit. Ringfinger is all about the worship of all things chorus, reverb, and synthetic vespers that drift away into the night. Luckily, we had the chance to catch up with this dark duo during the day and captured their ephemeral essence in our studios.

        Feel slumbersome with Sleepy Tom. Be right there, get uplifted, and grab a little hope. What's your story? What is your here and now? What pieces of yourself will you give to the world?


        With releases on the likes of Spinnin Records, Fool's Gold, and Mad Decent, to collabs with Diplo, Tom has been playing his life wide awake ever since he began making music. It's hard to escape this man's ever evolving groove. Sleepy name, but not so sleepy really.
